What an easy process it was selling our home! Much better experience than we have had using a bigger realty firm for a previous home we had sold. Dave went above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way. If we had any questions we would text him and get a response within 30 mins, not having to wait a whole day or having to follow up. I would highly recommend Dave and his team for anyone looking to work with a realtor who is upfront, communicative, and is going to save you money. His fees are almost too good to be true but better believe it, they are true! Thank you Dave for helping us!

Using HouseKey Flat Fee Realty was the easiest and best experience we've ever had selling a home. Dave was very helpful and kept us up to date every step of the way. Not to mention the fact that this is just a flat fee and you don't have to give away a large percentage of your profit to a realtor is great. I would highly recommend.
