Firehouse Subs Campus Plaza

Clean, well ran, and generally great sub shop. I've never had a bad sandwich from here. I'm so confident in this business, I'm posting this before I even get my food. The Jamaican Jerk Turkey is something else.

Normally this location is great and the 2 guys working in the front were doing the best they could but I must comment on the amount of time it took to get my food today. Initially there were 3 guys, but 1 disappeared. I placed an online order for 6:50. I didnt receive my food until 7:10. Why??? Apparently there was a meatball issue. Maybe he was doing meatball prep in the back.??? I get it, Ive worked in food beforebut that means I also understand food prep. The guy on the sandwich table was very apologetic and I appreciate that, but it does not make up for everything else that suffered afterwards. I expected better. The picture below is one example of how terrible this visit was.

Fantastic food like all firehouses. Service was okay. They weren't too busy. The cashier was very nice and friendly, but the person that handed out my sub ws clearly having a bad day. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free option

Great place, great environment. Staff was great when I visited this location. Food was excellent. Students with a student ID can get a free chips and drink with sub purchase.
