Hardee’s

I ordered a Famous Star with no ketchup or tomato. Guy in the drive thru tells me it doesn't come with ketchup. I take my first bite and there is ketchup all over this. I am extremely allergic to tomatoes and had to spit this out and throw away my whole lunch. You guys really need to listen to your customers and know your products.

I stopped in this location on two consecutive weeks. Both times, the lobby was filled with fryer smoke. I'd say the vent hood filter is clogged with grease and no longer venting outside. The counter help was a bit slow, and dismissive on each visit. The coffee carafe was empty and when I advised the counterman, no action was taken. A quick check of the restroom revealed a toilet smeared with feces, and an overall lack of cleaning. I write dozens of reviews annually, and negative reviews are never pleasant to submit; but in the interest of public service, these reports must be published to keep the dining public apprised of restaurants that lack basic hygiene and disinterested staff.

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru just to be able to order. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a burger. Im allergic to beef. I called the store and the guy was so rude to me and hung up on me. Also, my shoes stuck to the floor. Over all gross. Dont eat here. Youll be disappointed.
