Kathryn is amazing! She assisted us with both buying and selling a home, and we could not have asked for a better person to represent us. Her knowledge and professionalism are top notch. Kathryn went above and beyond on several issues to make sure our needs were met and acted as our "eyes and ears" at times when we were out of town. I would highly recommend Kathryn to anyone whether you are looking to purchase property or sell. She is truly amazing!

Kathryn is the best! I am a first-time home buyer and Kathryn made the entire process so stress-free and enjoyable, even with me being out of state for everything except a weekend house-hunting trip. Her communication is stellar and she was always available to answer my questions. She has such a positive and enthusiastic attitude, I cannot imagine that this process would half as fun with anyone else as my Realtor. If I ever save up enough to buy a second home, you can bet that Kathryn will be the first person I call!

Kathryn was everything we needed to purchase our first home. We had a home fall through (on the seller side) and then a REALLY fast closing on our dream home. Kathryn helped us navigate the entire thing. She kept calm and collected when I was in full panic mode and offered great guidance for us. Extremely knowledgeable. While she wasn't the typical uptight professional you'd see on billboards, she was 100% what we needed. Will recommend her to everyone, easy.
