Jim Stewart and his team were both extremely professional and helpful. I interviewed 7 different real estate agents (not joking) and Jim came out on top due to his honesty and data driven market analysis. Although I felt we had made a good choice in using Jim, I know we did after all the dust had settled, we had sold our home for very near our asking price and had bought our new home at an equitable price. Just as there are thousands of fast food restaurants in the world and only one Chick-fil-A, there are thousands of agents and only one Jim. Choose Jim, trust me.
