        You cant go wrong with John! I just had to sell a rental property in Missouri while living in Florida. John assured me in the beginning that it could be a relatively simple process with him being able to take care of most anything on the Missouri end of it. Boy did he! From recommending people for everything from carpet cleaning and stretching to house cleaning to roofing and then some. He also scheduled them! His knowledge and professionalism was on full display as he got the job done and saved me way more than a little money. The house was priced perfectly and sold the day after it listed! Thanks John!
