        Nothing but incompetence in water line getting broke and inconvenience. 3 time in the last month . Not with maintenance with the workers that install .

        The new management of this place is terrible. Had to shut off the water on one of the streets and didn't warn anybody. The grounds used to be cared for and now it is a big mess of fallen leaves. The restrooms used to be clean and have soap available. Now I think they are only cleaned once a week and there was never soap to wash your hands in the bathroom in the back. Management needs to be fixed because this place is going downhill. I do not recommend.

We offer amenities such as a laundry room with commercial grade machines, Restrooms with showers (cleaned twice daily), basketball court, and beautiful scenery. We have mobile homes and manufactured houses for sale! Come on in and check it out for yourself!
