Andrew Semple and his team played such an instrumental role in helping us land our dream historic home. We needed a conventional Fannie Mae HomeStyle loan to buy and restore our 1886 fixer upper as first-time home buyers. Andrew was the only lender in town who knew the ins and outs of this rare and great loan. He also went to extra lengths to ensure we had funds in our Escrow account to pay for our mortgage until our new home was livable. He even helped us problem-solve during the renovation process too. Just read a review of someone having a similar situation - At first Andrew was really informative and communicated great. I submitted my application back in February/early March. Andrew said everything looked good, and I spent months asking about the status. It's now June and he takes off to Poland after sitting on my stuff. His assistant jumped in and got the ball rolling, but at this point I've had to update all info previously provided, provide "gapped" information that was missed. This is extremely disappointing as they came highly referred by a previous customer and a local building company. The organization and lack of communication has been very misleading and disappointing.. too bad I'm too far into the process to turn back otherwise.. I would be going elsewhere.. Andrew has simply made building this dream a nightmare!!
