Tim Prater was a god send to me and my husband when working out the details of financing our first home purchase. Most worth experience, stay away from loan officer Tim Prater NMLS# 554842, as unqualified, inexperienced liar, you will be out of loan, get missing money for home inspections: multiply $350+, title $100+ payment, plus gas, time for home search, visiting, broken hearts as the end... Because his promise and approvals is nothing and you will not get a lone !!! Bankcorp south will cover him and their own butts, you will LOSE your money! Guaranteed !!!
