Bestway delivered our refrigerator this morning that we ordered through Appliances Connection. They were super friendly guys and even offered to bring it inside further than planned! Great communication throughout and the appliance was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks guys!!

Home Depot SHAME ON YOU! Professional installation was a LIE!!! You hired this hack company to deliver my appliances today, which the two sketchy boys REFUSED to even deliver! No phone call prior to showing up and when I asked why they didnt call, the passenger said Im not doing this and walked back to the truck. They had NO intention of delivering, installing or taking away our old appliances. I saved the video from the security cameras of the two guys that were sent and to show their failure to deliver. Called Home Depot to get a refund, since thats who I paid directly for the over $1,300.00 in appliances that didnt deliver. I was told I had to wait until Monday for them to try to get my refund from Bestway.

The PROS: The gentleman that came to give me an estimate on my moving needs was on time, neat in appearance, friendly and efficient. On moving day the movers showed up and got the job done. The price was reasonable. The CONS: I was charged several hundred $$ more than the original guesstimate. When I reached out to inquire about the specifics of the extra charge I was left unresponded to. Almost a month and a half later still no response. Some of my furniture was not handled/covered properly which resulted in brown stains along all 4 sides of my box spring & mattress cover that will not come clean after many attempts. Minor scratches on feet or legs of a few furniture pieces. Perhaps mishandled or left uncovered in the moving of them. Will not recommend or
