        I work in a office at the plaza and there is no air conditioning and we have been trying to get Sandy to fix it with this heat. Its a suffocating 75 degrees in this office of a morning and gets up to 95 by the afternoon. We had to go buy several fans and it doesnt help. They was working on a suite next door and thats when our air stopped working and we tried to tell her but she said its not her responsibility and claimed no one was on the roof when we seen them ourselves. Definitely not a good place to rent from and the property manager is not professional.

        Dont take care of her tenants. They shut the vents in my companys suite and its almost 90 degrees in here. Its not even cool with fans . We are using 4 fans right now.
