Scheduled an oil change multiple days ahead of time. Went in at my time and it took nearly 2 hours. They did a fine job and it was relatively cheap, but employees at many times looked like they werent actually doing much, and had many customers other than myself waiting.

I dropped off my pickup here for oil change and tire rotation. Got a message 3.5 hours later saying the service was finished. I went to pick it up and the tires weren't rotated. I know this because the rear driver tire was recently replaced due to being out of round. It's brand new compared to the rest of them. I told them that the rotation wasn't performed. The tech wanted to argue with me about it even with proof. I guess I have to go somewhere else to get it done. I paid for lifetime balance and rotation. Don't go here for rotations! Good chance you'll be paying for a service they aren't doing.

New Manager is fantastic: I was here 5000mls ago for a oil and service. First I waited while four cars after me went thru then the wrong oil was put in and had to be drained no washer fluid a NIGHT MARE. BUT I WENT BACK: ie. The New Manager has it going and the 24 year old young man Steven who I had never seen before did the job Right, polite Curtius and he CARES A Rarity which the Entitled Youth of today have. . Thank you Steven I appreciate You. He Deserves A Raise and some praise from The Home office. Regards.
