        Jon Pitts Law Firm LLC. was a blessing at a time in my life when I needed it most. For ten years I had an law firm who, continued to kick the can down the road for 6 years. I separated from that law firm, which was the best thing I could have done. I had received a referral from a large law firm to give Jon Pitts a call. I made the call, took all of my file to Jon Pitts and Marie in the office. In less than a year Jon had settled the case. Jon does what he says he is going to do, and he does it right.       I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in our representation, Misty.Without delving into the specifics of the case, we assist our clients in obtaining medical treatment for their injuries. Sometimes this involves treatment from authorized workers compensation doctors. In other cases, especially where there may be multiple causes of an injury, we direct our clients to quality doctors to treat on their own. This process unfortunately takes longer than both my clients and I would like. Once that treatment process concludes and the claimant reaches MMI (maximum medical improvement), we then obtain medical opinions to facilitate settlement or a final hearing. The reality is that more complicated cases lead to longer litigation times.
