Terry completed my service in a timely manner. He was helpful and informative. When he completed his service he let me know that there was a bat in my entryway. Terry conferred with his supervisor to verify as pest control he could not remove the bat. He did tell me the benefits of having a bat near (eating spiders) and ways that I could prevent it from returning when it left rather than spending lots of money on a professional removal. I have been with Rumble Pest control since 2020 and have always had and continue to have great experiences with the company and each technician that comes out for my quarterly services. Most recently, Nick came out and his customer service was fantastic! He answered my questions, made sure to spray any outdoor sitting areas very thoroughly, put some extra bug traps where there are temporary holes in my floor from some recent home improvement to help with any possible bugs coming from the crawl space until I get them fixed, and did so without me asking for the extra help. Above all, he was honestly just very personable and a great technician that knew what he was doing and how to help people.
