I really liked that all supplies needed (included a long apron for me) came with the cost and the deep tub made it easy to wash and he smells so fresh and clean.. my BooBooBear enjoyed his bath and we will be back again for self wash and will also try grooming.

I called and verified an appointment for the next day and spoke with the owner Dennis.
He said ‘see you tomorrow’
I show up for my appointment. Doors are locked.
They have a sign on the door ‘moved to new locarion’
I drive to the new Address
It is also locked
With a sign on the door ‘ closing soon’
I tried to call and no answer
The next time
The groomer kept me waiting for over 15 minutes
(When I have an appointment)
I complained to the owner
And she tells me ‘ there are other customers besides you’
‘Obviously you had problems with your usual groomer or you wouldn’t be here’’
The place I usually go was between groomers and I gave All About Dogs and Cats
I won’t be back here again
I don’t recommend them
And I am very happy to report that the regular place I go has a new groomer
And I have a feeling I will be happy here again for as long as she is the groomer

And hopefully their service and organization will improve
