image WORST Company ever! Gave an estimate that was not realistic. We did 90% of the work, Had to replace most of the work done even though we called and text the night prior saying we werent prepared due to rotten floor joists, still came and did work not authorized, didnt ask dimensions of where we wanted shower fixtures, worker said that is where most people want. Disrespectful of pet, home and myself. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the workers in my home.

7/14/23 - A call was place for an estimate for a whole bath replumb the estimate signed by Mark Reynolds was for 2600.00.7/20/23 - A call came in at 4:32 pm from Myra and asked if we could schedule the appointment and stated the estimate was signed. 7/27/23 - Call came in at 10:47 am from Myra and asked that we reschedule because the shower hadn't come in. Rescheduled for 8/7/23.8/4/23 - Call came in at 1:36 pm from Myra and asked we reschedule because the color she chose was a special order and it hadn't come in yet. rescheduled for 8/14/23.8/8/23 - Called in at 1:19 pm called in to let us know they ended up gutting the walls in the bathroom and that they needed the estimate redone. Estimate was lowered to 1683.38.8/13/23 - Called and got answering service and left message stating the floor joists were rotting so they wouldn't be able to set the shower or toilet, but they could start the plumbing. 8/14/23 - Two techs started plumbing rough in, Roughed in plumbing waste and water to hall bathroom. This is the only bathroom in the house. Dug under foundation and ran 3” pvc line to new clean out tee outside in yard. Repositioned the bathroom 3” toilet riser to customers set location. Set the drain and water lines in-wall as per customer request for the new vanity location and connections. Scheduled return trip - Returning trip:- Contractor will build a trap door in bathroom.- Tie on 3x3x2” Wye to main stack nearby and run to future p-trap location and riser with a no caulk drain for shower pan. Did not accomplish this before because contractor was to return and remove a floor Joist in our way for the shower drain. He will be setting new Joists and subflooring down. - Bring (2) 1/2” pex tee and (2) straight pex stops. We are eliminating the two add-a-tees from the hot and cold side of the kitchen water. Status quo water pressure on hot side is still very low. Lots of sediment seen in line. Attempted to blow it out already with little success. Will bring a new 30” braided supply line too. -After subfloor will set toilet flange.8/14/23 - Before we could return the Service manager received a call telling him the customer was going to finish themselves. They asked him if he could walk them through what all they needed to do, he told them he didn't feel comfortable doing that because he didn't want to be responsible if they did something other than what he told them. They have never contacted us stating there were any problems or issues. From 8/14/23 until now we've heard nothing from them. We attempted communication to collect what was owed to us $1683.38.Collection calls were made on 10/12/23, 10/19/23,10/23/23, 10/30/23, and 11/7/23, sent a certified letter 12/11/23 after no communication from Mark or Myra we finally sent them to collections 3/13/24.Since there was no communication stating anything was wrong between 8/14/23 and now, and they chose to post a review now, I'm going to lean towards they are doing this due to being sent to collections. Had they contacted us or tried to communicate in any way we would have worked with them.

image I was having drainage problems at my house, especially in one of the bathrooms. A relative recommended Reed's and I was able to make an appointment promptly. Sam quickly diagnosed the situation, augured out the sewer line, and showed me pictures of the situation
He was efficient and pleasant to work with. I will use Reed's again.
