        It’s hard to understand why this location has such poor reviews. This is hands down the best USPS in Springfield,MO. Speedy and friendly service and a great location that a lot of people overlook.

        This place is understaffed by a lot, that being said they were friendly enough though could use a bit more customer service training. The prices are a bit high on PO boxes compared to other locations and other cities and other states. I do not know why that is, but I do know they hemorrhage millions of tax payer dollars to stay in business. Over all I would say we would be better off if the service went away from being government run and another company took over. I'm not for taking away people's jobs...but from my many experiences in USPS locations there are a lot of lazy workers that act annoyed when you ask them to do what they are being paid to do. Not this location just saying in general that is the attitude you get at a lot of these places.
