Kris Waterman is the absolutely GOAT when it comes to marketing/strategy! She was the first in the area to take a chance on marketing our dispensary and made a huge impact on our business with targeted display among other things! I was using them to advertise my business for about a year, year and a half or so. Had a payment plan going and we were good. The man I was working with switched jobs and I started working with another woman who was amazing and sweet. However the billing department told her I owed an extra $150 or so and I said that's fine I'll pay it. Then it jumped to me owing $500! I have asked repeatedly for a meeting regarding this and even paid more than half of the 500 as a show of good faith when I had to reschedule a meeting myself (I was sick.) The billing manager got changed or something IDK, but i was told she made a lot of mistakes and they may waive the fees as it might be her mistake. Ok, fine. That'd be great. Then I got told that they "feel" it is owed and I'm required to pay it before I can continue working with them. So despite my asking for a meeting more than 5 times I'm practically being brushed off and they're still trying to bill me the remaining $200 they say I owe. Absolutely no effort on their part to reach a resolution or even apologize for the lack of communication from them.
