The best part of our entire experience with Clay & Clay is that they SOLD our house on the day it went on the market and for the asking price! Clay & Clay At Keller Williams Realty Our home in LeaBrooke Estates, Rogersville was on the market for several months and not moving. It was time to change realtors. We contacted Rob and Becky Clay, and they got the property moving on the market. The experience with the Clay Team was nothing short of amazing and an answer to prayer. Their service to us was a remarkable partnership: They unloaded a lot of stress for us. Gave us many helpful tips to sell the house. Provided regular and sometimes daily communication. Several trades were needed to fix items the buyer was requesting to be fixed. Rob provided recommendations for each trade (plumber, handyman, etc.).
