My fianc and I contacted Robin from Washington state to buy a home in the state of Missouri! I cant even begin to describe how helpful she was! She was available at all hours and weekends to help us buy a house not physically being in the state. She was very personable and patient and answered every question we had. Highly recommend her and her husband when buying a home!
We were lucky enough to encounter Robin and Bill on a spontaneous Zillow house visit. My husband and I were clueless first time homebuyers. Bill and Robin were so kind to us, guiding us through the whole process and being available for us after our work hours to check out houses and help us with reminders and paperwork. The lenders they suggested to us were wonderful to work with! It was the best customer service experience weve ever had. Bill was very good at guiding us through what the houses would need replacing and how we would possibly be able to renovate, and Robin was very good at feeling out what we liked about certain houses and found us more in our location and price range. They were professional, personable, and were so grateful for all that theyve done for us. We would absolutely recommend them!
