This was so simple. I really thought I might be disappointed but Sarah made every step so comfortable. There was an offer on my home and I counter offered. IThe response was quick and something I could live with. I asked for a week after closing to move and I was accommodated. I have paid all bills off and I am ready to go back to Alaska to be with family. I was thrilled and surprised how simple it was. Thank you for sending me to Cantrell in Springfield. I would recommend Sarah everything. I am debt free and a little money in my pocket. The relief in itself is more than I could ever ask for.

My wife and I are looking at listing our properties and due to emergency family issues we were not available to visit with the agent Sarah Dodge this has been a 4 or 5 day situation and there has yet to be one day go by that Sarah has not reached out checking to see how my wife's grandmother was doing. She reaches out to me and my wife multiple times a day. She has been more concerned about my wife's grandma then her listing of my property I guarantee when things slow down for us we will definitely be listing our property with her because she is more worried about the health of my wife's grandmother and her getting a commission check. And thank God for amazing people like Sarah does still exist in this world we live in

We used Linh Neal to buy our first house. I cant recommend her highly enough. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and she was very patient and incredibly knowledgeable. She was very flexible with our wonky availability for showings. After our offer the team was very helpful with the paperwork and the process.
