        The maintenance supervisor went above and beyond for us on 4th of July weekend, coming out two different times because our air conditioner was not working. Tried fixing it twice and then when he realized it could not be fixed, replaced the whole unit by July 8th. He had to order the new unit and that took time. Came out as soon as the unit got here and replaced it. No problems since...:) The reason for the four out of five stars is Triple S charges a 3% mandatory inflation on the rent every year..:(
