Just bought some Isopods and had such great experience. Both guys (forgot to ask their names) were super friendly and very knowledgeable. All animals looked very well taken care of. You can tell the employees love what they do because we talked for a long time about different types of species and husbandry. Will definitely be going back up there again!

Went to new store today and got some fantastic isopods. New store is super nice and prices are very fair for isopods. Great selection of different species and also springtails. The gentlemen who were there were very helpful and kind. They let us look as long as we liked and answered all my questions. Even let me see the baby tortoise. Such a great experience. I look forward to going back again.

I bought gnats here for around $15, they were supposed to be flightless and when I took them home they were not.. I brought them back to just switch it out and they didnt have any left so I just asked to exchange it for some isopods which were around $16 and pay the difference. The owner checked me out and was joking about how he struggles with calculating the differences sometimes.. During this time he did not tell me how much he was charging me and did not give me a receipt, when I got home I checked my bank account and saw I was charged almost $7. I tried to call and no one would answer the phone, I finally got a hold of them and was told it was that much because "taxes and fees".. I did already pay the taxes and fees on my initial purchase, and it definitely isn't $5 for taxes and fees for a $2 purchase. They refused to refund the difference and I had to do a chargeback for the excess. Definitely upset that they turned out to be scammy as I shopped here a lot, especially over a low amount like $2. Looking at the responses to the other complaints of being ripped off they are probably going to respond that I've never shopped with them either

Got my daughter's first Leopard Gecko from them. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Gecko was healthy and well taken care of. Looking forward to visiting their new location.
