Austin was amazing! We had issues with another roofing company not responding, but Austin was quick to get in touch with us and come out to see what the issue was. Within 30 minutes of assessing the leaking issues, we had a game plan set to get everything remedied. Thanks to Austin for his expertise!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Austin Hartweg on a new construction roofing project. There were a few hiccups on site but there was always an open line of communication with Austin. Any time I needed to get ahold of him he answered or was very prompt in getting back with me. Overall a good experience.

Price gouging like crazy. Leaves trash in the yard. Owner who said he would be on site all of the time to supervise the construction, only showed up for our checks. Trash everywhere, glass bottles in our yard. Near the garage smelled like urine, and I dont want to think as to why it did. After they cleaned up, we ran through with our metal runner and picked up a lot of trash! Roof had to be touched up after some shingles were sticking up. Just overall disappointed such a shame! We checked with several other companies after the fact and it wasnt supposed to be that price, but it was too late and they kept changing the price!

Very professional and thorough Jason Grant arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection of my roof. Not enough damage for a new roof. But Jason did tell the areas that he spotted that could be potential future problems RoofOne will be who I call again
