I wanted to correct a post rating that was correct. I submitted a post on an ABS Module that I was supposed to receive, but did not. They sent the wrong part on purpose, after I sent them a picture of what the part looked like. The post is dated March 13th, 2024 and I gave them only 1 star, NOT 5 STARS. I Would have given them zero stars but could not find that option. I sent them a lengthy e-mail the day I received the wrong part on March 13th, but still have not heard back from them yet!

After 2 weeks of going back and forth over the phone to get an ABS Module they sent me a proportioning valve instead. This was after I sent them actual pictures of what the ABS Module looked like, All the info they requested I gave them including the VIN Number that they said they needed to make sure I get the right part. I called Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan and was advised to call a ny Ford dealership and I could get the exact info on every part on my truck. So, I called my closet Ford dealership and they gave me the exact part number of my original ABS Module. I wrote back and gave them this info and he called back a few days later saying they had the exact part. Then today on March 13th, 2024 I get my package they said they sent me and it wasn't even an ABS Module at all, instead it looked like a proportioning valve, even after I sent a picture of the actual ABS in my truck. Then the part they did send only had my first name with my address and it was just stuffed into broken down padded envelope and arrived with the edges sticking out through the envelope, they didn't wrap anything at all around the part and just stuff it into and envelope and sent. This whole ordeal was $210.05. I have requested a refund as I asked about the return policy before I ordered this part. The person I talked with on the phone and via e-mail goes by the name of Eric. I will post a follow-up review if I am able to tell you how the return process went. I am trying to submit this but it won't go, so if it appears multiple times please disregard those repeats if it happens. I have tried several times to submit this and it will not let me??? Hopefully it will go through eventually.
