        Doug at Brentwood Management was phenomenal to rent from. When my vehicle was broken into on the 4th of July, he delivered a new garage remote to me personally within an hour of notice. When I had to suddenly move to another state, he worked with me to get out of the remaining two months of my lease. Had I stayed in Springfield, I would have definitely continued to rent from Brentwood.

        Our son stayed in one of their apartments for two years. It was an older building but very well maintained. Throughout the two year period, anytime there was an issue it was handled promptly and fairly. We even got most of our deposit back which is unheard of in a college town. I highly recommend renters use Brentwood Management.

        A really fantastic company to lease from. The properties are well maintained and the owners are great people as well. If you ever need anything from the maintenance dept. they arrive quickly and get the job done right! I highly recommend.

        If I wasn't graduating, I would have stayed another year in the Brentwood town homes. Besides rudely loud neighbors, I loved living here. The price was perfect, and instead of an apartment complex feel, it was much homier.
