Thank you for deleting your old review to leave us a new one! We would like to take this time to explain again, why your transmission did what it did. I know you don't believe us, but EGR problems affect engine load. Anything that affects engine load, effects the transmission shift quality. After a year of driving the vehicle without fixing your problem, and the air intake being held on by zipties causing mass air flow problems, your transmission gave up on you. We gave you more than 60 days to fix the problem and bring it back to us to get your full warranty. It is never our intention to leave a customer without a warranty, but unfortunately when customers don't do what they agree to, the owner has no choice. When you called to see if there was anything we could do for you this time, Dustin specifically told you that he would be more than happy to check it out for you, but made no promise that there would be anything we would do to help. We checked the vehicle out, and it still had the same codes in it that it had prior to your first rebuild. Due to your unwillingness to address your issues for the past year, we found it as bad business to perform anymore work for you. We truly want all our work to carry a warranty, and want to help everyone. Taking your money again would just be wrong.
