Dale's APU Sales

APU problem I bet they can fix it right and pretty fast and while they fix your APU you can walk around the shop and look at the majestic cars aged to perfection.

I previously put a 1 star rating on here because there was no option for 0 stars. We brought our truck to Dales to have an APU put on. No problem with that. However, things were missing from the truck later. Taken from the shower bag and IPod headphones. This was brought to the attention of the clerk and it was shrugged off. Not long after the install, all of the radiator fluid dumped on the ground because a part they put on broke. We had to call roadside service because we couldn’t run the truck at all without screwing up the motor. We called them about that and it was shrugged off. An Additional 1600 spent in roadside call not to mention the cost to replace the items taken from the truck. Immediately after my negative review laying all this out, someone contacts us and with a different tune. My comment was going to hurt their business Send them receipts, they would make it right. They would refund the road call and the cost of the stuff missing from the truck. That was a month ago.they still haven’t issued the refund and now they don’t respond to requests for updates on the situation. Seems like they made a false statement and promise just so we would take the review down. Not this time. Need to make good on your word. I have no problem letting people know about dishonest companies and shady business practices.

Have had the APU they installed for about a month now and havent had any problems. Was a little skeptical about the process after visiting another shop before coming to Dale's. Almost neglected the install entirely. But the process at Dale's was quick, easy. In @ 0900. Out by 1500. $6800, out the door. Friendly, professional. 5 stars.

Best place in the U. S. To buy an apu or get repairs done. Excellent techs and attitude towards the customer. All businesses should be like this one.
