I wouldn't recommend this employer to anyone looking for a stable company for long term employment. Their Borrowing money from banks and investors just to stay open. Then blowing through it asking for more! Stocks are tanking. Cut to 32 hour's and NO regard for safety in the workplace! A woman died 6 ft from my desk and an hour later my boss was telling me to go back to my desk and get back to work! COVID 19 outbreaks ALL THE TIME!! People hacking and coughing all day around you! Just rolling the dice with your life in that building! You're just a number to them and they'll run you off if you don't leave before then! Most of the original upper management has already left and poor lower level management is running off what's left of the skilled workforce. 70%+ turnover rate for new hires. Most people leave before completing training! Lol They will be bought out or foreclosed on in 5/10 yr or less imo. Lower than average wages and no job security makes this company toxic for anyone looking for long term employment. I left after 5 years seeing what was changing. Run don't walk away from this place you'll thank me later!
