        They left an $800 dishwasher on the curb like it was trash. Package is damaged (will update post when I unpack it if the appliance is damaged or not). When I called to speak to the manager he informed me that thats policy. That due to having a gravel driveway its impossible for them to leave it anywhere but the curb. How is this acceptable?

        It was a great experience working with Estes to receive my shipment. It was very easy to contact a real person. They let me know that my shipment would be on an 18-wheeler. I told them that wasn't possible on my drive way. They let the driver know, and he contacted me directly. We met at an agreed upon location. The driver, Sam, was one of the nicest people I've ever met!
