If you need a part time job that will flex around your schedule. This is the place to work . All though it is the same B.S. as any other company. The people are pretty laid-back.

Been here for 4 years as a driver. Seen ups and downs. Big changes were made a few months ago. A new operations manager was hired with big plans to improve operations. I've seen a lot of changes in dispatch, but no improvement. As a matter of fact, from this drivers perspective, I see a continuing mess. Loads are still late and canceled often. I'm watching my pay get less and less each week. This last week and this week, my paychecks were cut by a third. There is no real appreciation for good drivers: use them and toss them away, because there are more that can be hired. It's time to be looking for another place to work before the CTI ship sinks. New drivers beware of the deception! Even though I'm a full time driver and practically live in the truck, I've been reduced to part-time work. Nearly every time I deliver now, I find myself waiting for at least a day for the next load , because dispatch has nothing available.
