When i walked in i was greeted with a friendly hello!!! I wish i could remember what her name was but i know she is South Carolina fan. She referred me to Antonio who was also very friendly and helpful. He asked me what car i would like to drive first so i picked one of the 4 i was interested in and he went out to the lot and brought it around for me. I didn't drive it very long because i knew it wasn't going to work because the roof was too low. I then tested 3 more and decided on a 2021 GMC Terrain. When i went back the next day to put my down payment on it i was again greeted by the friendliest group of employees and was offered a water while i waited on Antonio to finish with the lady he was helping. A few minutes later he came over and we talked about basketball while he printed up all the paperwork. He then gave me the key so we could go through the checklist and everything looked good. I can't tell you enough how much i appreciate the easiness of the process you all have! It's nice to have all of that paperwork and things that go along with buying a new car done for you, honestly I've been putting it off because i dreaded it so much, lol. I will have NO hesitation recommending Drive Time Springfield to anyone that is looking for a car!! Thanks again for everything!! Stacey Warren
