Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital - WEST

I called yesterday without an appointment for an emergency type situation and they got me booked! They were very honest and nice about the situation of needing to put my cat to sleep. Since his quality of life was not very high. They were respectful on how much time I needed with him to say goodbye and offered me to stay. When I couldnt stay with him they did not judge me on crying so much and they made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place and will use them in the future!

Amy and all of the staff at Springvalley west went above and beyond to take great care of tucker and myself when we really needed help. These great ladies treated me a total stranger like a family member.

Terrible place. The doctor was completely unprofessional. I was appreciative that they moved numbers around to help with the bill but I didnt ask them to, and it was thrown in my face afterwards. The staff told me two different things on the phone and did test for something completely opposite of the problem. The doctor also in formed me if I didnt have the money for the vet bill I should not have adopted a dog. It was just a terrible experience especially when I had to turn around and let the emergency vet put my dog down.
