    Very poor service. When you call message always says mailbox full. I received a bill a few months back on Friday that said if I didnt pay by Monday my service would be terminated. I called and payed over the phone. This is the first bill I had ever received. Trash was supposed to be picked up this past Monday.I tried to call but again got a recording mail box was full. Sent a Facebook message-(real professional on their part)They said I was terminated for non payment. Told them I had never received a bill. I was then told to call the office. Again mail box was full. This company is a joke. I sent another Facebook message and told them to pick up their cart. I am now with another company. Not sure who the owner thinks hes talking to but the person you are referring to is not me. Ive never talked to you. I do not owe a large past due bill and have not received a final bill.I paid you in December. You guys need to get it together. Send me a final bill and I will pay it and be done with you Service: Trash removal & disposal

    Terrible services. Very rude and unprofessional. We forgot to pay for a couple of weeks, not because we didnt have the money to pay, but just because life happens. And instead of giving us a warning or calling us, they just didnt pick up our trash. And this is after being loyal customers for almost 3 years. Completely unprofessional, and just bad business.     Disclaimer: I am exercising my freedom of speech by posting a non-bias, honest review. None of this complaint is libel, slander, hearsay, or written with malice or ill intent. -It can all be proven. **** DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE*** I appreciate family owned providers, but with this group, family-owned means that your complaint(s) will NEVER be taken seriously! They are bold, rude, and arrogant! They argue back & and forth with the customer, (even when you are 100% calm and professional). So why are they so unprofessional? Its because they are family owned, and since families dont usually discipline employees who are also family members, you are left without resolution with any problem that might arise. Next, this is a trash service with NO WEBSITE and little-to-no online presence, which means getting in touch with this business, or should I say family, is like pulling teeth. Your call will 100% of the time go to voicemail because- did I mention - there is no call center? There is also no website! Thats right- No website to go to, review your bill and payments, or view updates. About the bill: Even worse, the customer receives no bill or service invoice. I was told to put cash in my mailbox and a driver would pick it up. Because there is no payment tracking system, no matter how often I pay, they will verbally call and say that I still owe. Their payment system, (or the lack thereof), causes bill conflict and lots of confusion. There is a Facebook page but there is record of no response during each time in which we have contacted them. Their Facebook page appears to have a few posts here and there, but nothing on the grand scheme of what one would expect from a trash service. They have frequently failed to pick up our trash and every single time, we are told to put the trash at the curb, and (quote) If they get around to it, someone will come by. -(unquote). Yet, no one ever gets around to it! -Not ever. Usually, inclement weather comes along and the trash that was waiting to be picked up is now all over our yard and/or our neighbors lawn. We have record of the things stated herein this review. Since most businesses record their calls for quality control purposes, they are not the only ones who have proof of what happen. We always call their companys phone from our companys phone. On our final call, the manager who actually prompted this review, behaved both irrationally and unprofessionally. Her voice was trembling with anger and she seemed quite irritated that we said the driver fail to take our trash again. (Maybe he was her husband or dad but at either rate, they are being paid to perform a service). After yelling and constantly speaking over us, she hung up on us, but not before boasting that she was about to. We were calm and spoke to her kindly and professionally, but it didnt matter because she was too blinded by emotions to properly perform her job and provide a resolution. My review is honest and genuine and might help many of you to avoid loss of time and money. If you are looking to hire this family for your trash needs, look at similar reviews made by other customers and RUN!!!!! Otherwise, be prepared to make many phone calls, put cash in your mailbox for pickup, have payments not post to your account, and hear someone yell at you when you call to peacefully ask for a resolution. Ps. They are not BBB accredited. Theres no BBB accreditation to encourage better behavior, no call center, no website, no payment invoices, and no bills to itemize your charges. Tell me Is this how you want to spend your evenings and money? Update: Look at their other reviews. (Sort them from lowest ranking to highest and see how they respond to their customers. This will tell you everything you need to know about this company). They lists payment info. While customers are allowed to publicly list reviews about a company, companies are regulated to keep your payment information private!
