PuroClean Certified Restoration

I cant say enough about how Chad and his team with Puroclean went above and beyond helping me when I had a water pipe burst behind the sheet rock in the HVAC room. Chad was a great help by showing up in a timely manner and helping me with the insurance company and keeping me informed every step of the way. Other restoration companies that I called only seemed to want to cut me out of the picture and deal straight with the insurance company and keep me in the dark, but Puroclean was right up front all the way. I cant give Chad enough accolades for his time, patience, honesty, knowledge and professionalism while working with me on an extremely complex project. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Would recommend highly recommend him for any mold remediation/reconstruction projects! You wont find anyone more experienced than him!

I wanted to give a glowing review to Chad Jamison and his team at Puroclean for their professional and quality mitigation work in my home. We had a major pipe burst that flooded our entire basement. I called them at the time it was happening and he quickly responded with his team before the repair to the pipe was even completed saving us from significantly more damage to our basement. Chad was responsive, professional and empathetic to our situation and was able to get everything dried up and removed for us. I pray this never happens again because it was an absolute nightmare but if it did its nice to know I could count on Puroclean. I would highly recommend them to anyone that experiences a situation similar to mine.

Chad and Carl and crew were Johnny on the spot when we discovered an uncapped pipe had caused severe water damage. Very professional, went above and beyond, and would highly recommend them!
