        We called Certified Water and Mold in a panic and they were so calming and very quick to get us in and help come up with a plan to fix our problem. Charles was a great help and really took the time to talk to me and make me feel at ease. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly and I understood exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend them.
