Very happy with Pella. I have used Pella over 20 years. Built a sunroom and I only wanted Pella ***** windows and doors. A couple of the patio doors were hard to open and close I called Pella they had a technician come out. (Jon). He took care of the problem, he was a very knowledgeable and just had a very good personality. If I ever have any more problems. I will definitely ask for him. He was just plain nice.

We had a great experience with Pella thanks to Jon, the technician who came to our house. The blind in our sliding glass door was not correctly working. Jon not only fixed it, he also helped with two other questions we had about our custom Pella sliding doors. Additionally, Jon was friendly and courteous. A big thank you to Jon and Pella!
