Very friendly front office staff! Dr Lindahl and Rebecca were wonderful. Rebecca throughly explained her concerns and Dr. Lindahl offered options for me to choose to solve my issue. He clearly explained what was going on and possible remedies so I knew what to expect moving forward. Their upbeat and fun office vibe was much appreciated as I usually have anxiety about going to the dentist. They all made my experience a great one!

Would not schedule me another appt just because I accidentally thought my appt was at a different time than what I scheduled, I now go to a different dentist after haven really bad pain I needed to get in asap

No one likes to go to the dentist, but if you need to, Troy Family Dental is a great place to go.

Made it to the appointment a couple minutes early but they canceled due to me not confirming I would be there ahead of time. I replied with my confirmation by their automated text earlier in the week but never received a follow up saying they got it. Guess it didnt go through. Not sure if thats a problem on my end or theirs. Since they will hit you with a $50 cancellation fee even if you show up at the time you scheduled months in advance I wont bother going back for my first visit. Doesnt seem right to tack on $50 to your first cleaning with them because they require you to prove you will actually be there.
