Looks like they took a $10 Target bundle of flowers and just stuffed them in a small vase. Seriously just look how unprofessional. False advertising, the photos speak for themselves just take a look! I ordered the "Life of the Party" arrangement however what was received was only suitable for one of those flower holders built into grave markers at a cemetary. This is only the second time I have ordered flowers from your organization but am left disappointed by todays delivery. The delivery person was great and very friendly however the product received is underwhelming and disappointing. I have attached a photo from your website of the standard size arrangement for reference. I paid for the premium selection and the arrangement received does not even live up to the photo of the standard arrangement on your website. I also attached a photo of the small arrangement with broken petals delivered today. Please review the photos of standard product on your website against the "premium" product received and advise if you believe the arrangement received meets customers expectations of the advertised product. I am left feeling that the arrangement received is significantly less than what was contracted for and paid $92 for.

Cottage Rose Florist did great in getting a flower spray for a special friends funeral. They went beyond measure to get the flowers to the church. Ill be using them in the future.
