        Not a pleasant experience at all. Natalie is who I dealt with and she was extremely rude. Anytime I tried to talk she cut me off and was just not nice in general. The whole experience made me want to switch banks entirely. It wasnt the first time I had spoken with her either, the previous time was also very rude.
