        The process was quick and easy from the beginning to the end. The sales rep was very helpful and responsive to what I needed. The truck driver that delivered the machine called when he was on his way and when he arrived to make sure he was at the right site before unloading, He also called when he was on his way to pick up the machine his name was Nick and I believe the sales rep was Chris.
