        Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant on 3/23 was so kind and helpful.

        If you find anything not working in your room, such as a toilet or hair dryer, whatever you do, don't mention it to the front desk. I understand you may want to bring it to their attention so they can get it fixed however because you were the one who brought it to their attention they will charge you for the repairs. It stinks that one bad experience with one bad hotel can make you question continuing using Holiday Inn as a whole.

      Good Morning MR. Brian Hicks. I would like to say again so sorry for how you feel you were addressed during your stay. I would like to state that in all these reviews you are not mentioning how we as a company did our best to rectify the situation you felt that you were having. We offered to room move you for every complaint you had and also refunded you for 2 nights for you 3 night stay. As for the toilet. it was broke 2 days into your stay. there was only one thing we could do. I'm sorry you feel that this one experience has ruined you entire view of IHG brand. I assure That we believe that the entire brand would love to see you stay a member. To not hold one freak weekend against A large corporation for one toilet. We do feel horrible in our part and are doing all that can be done to ease your trouble but, We are learning along with you that not all people can Take responsibility for their actions and except that the day is over. Please understand that our team felt that we did the best we could to accommodate you in the best manor possible. And that we are defiantly using your reviews as a training mod for how to handle disgruntles guest in a more team appropriate matter. Thank you Mr. Brian Hicks for Another review.
