        I started Pelvic Floor Therapy about 2 months ago and I have had Great results! April Fox has taught me so much about the pelvic floor. I am improving with sleeping through the night without having to get up to go to the bathroom and the few night that I do get up during the night I dont have an accident before I make it to the bathroom. April told me that the lower back and hips support the pelvic floor and I can honestly say that we have worked on my lower back and hips and I can now stand without so much pain it wants to bring me to my knees. I had a car wreck 23 1/2 years ago and my back has just gotten worse but thanks to April and what she has taught me, I can stand without needing to sit down in just a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend Pelvic Floor Therapy to anyone that is having any bladder issues! Im want to thank April Fox from the bottom of my heart for everything she has taught me so I can take control of my body. Thank you so much!
