My husband and I have been working with them for 3 years. Our fault for not changing on time. My husband is a self employed however every year we sent them the information on time. For the past 2 years they have sent us the tax form last minute. Last year we almost had to pay a fine for being late when we sent all the information in January. When I spoke with the owner I was told that they are always going to be late with one client and that we were the unlucky ones !!! Sooo unprofessional, the most frustrating part is that they never answer if we try to call him the secretary claims he is busy. Please avoid yourself a headache and do not use his services. He is rude and very unprofessional.

Do not use this tax service. The guy that owns this business is not qualified and he will not communicate with you at all. Even simple questions he will not answer and has no idea how to treat people with respect. In addition, he has no security of peoples personal information and leaves files unlocked on his desk for anyone to take. You get what you pay for and trust me saving an extra 100 dollars on taxes using him is not worth it. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
