My wife and I worked with Sam Walch and the experience was just amazing. The thought of buying your first house is nerve wrecking. Anxiety was through the roof. Being first time home buyers, Sam explained everything each step away and kept us reassured and feeling good about the whole process. If you're looking to buy and need someone who is going to treat you like a human and not just another body, Sam is your gal. 10/10 will 100% be using her in the future.

My family and I tried to buy a house off of Deerfield Rd. Brett Garrison was the agent selling the house. When I met with my agent at the house she assured me that the seller would accept a contingency on the sale of my home. My family was very excited. I met with the builder/seller Corey days later and he also reassured me and my family that a contingency was no problem. Less then a week we had a contract written, signed and sent. Brett Garrison had until 7pm to respond to our contract offer. He told my agent that there shouldn't be any issues with the contract we proposed, he wanted to double check with the seller. 4 hours later it was after 7 and passed the deadline with no news. Several phone calls and text messages still no contact from them. Finally a hour after deadline he texts my agent stating we are not accepting the contract if they get their house under contract/or if we get offer I will let you know. Why would you tell us it's not a problem and in a week it changes. I feel lied to and very disrespected. They were not truthful with us at all. I hope you don't treat everyone from this town this way. My family is still in the market for a home. I will be staying clear of this company. I'm rating a 1 but a 0 is what is deserved because of the dishonesty.

My agent was Donna Hency . She did an excellent job of not only finding my new home, but always keeping me informed, always being available, and getting things done. She is one the hardest working agents I have had the pleasure of working with. She also is so much fun to work with! Honest, smart - I will definitely use her again if necessary, and will also refer anyone I know to her, regardless of what town they live in. My house just happened to be in Warrenton MO, but she covers a huge area - and just about any county. Wonderful experience!
