Could the manager reach out to me? I had to miss my appointment due to pregnancy complications, prescribed bed rest by my doctor. Amidst rescheduling and caring for three children, I called post-appointment. I require dental care for a painful tooth and cleaning. I'm willing to pay the cancellation fee and reschedule. Unfortunately, Holly, your receptionist, has been consistently impolite.

This dentist and staff are 100 % awesome . My service there is Excellent . The staff is so professional and nice . Dr . Walde is awesome . I can' t begin to say Thankyou for my beautiful smile ! 10 out of 10 the best I ever went to

I had the best experience here. I had seen Dr. Walde years ago but havent been back in sometime due to living overseas. Walked in and was greeted very warmly by the receptionist who got me back into their system and set me up with an appointment for a cleaning. The dental hygienist gave me the best cleaning Ive had in YEARS! My teeth are actually white again w/o any sort of bleaching treatment. She was very thorough and even apologized that it was taking a while but no apologies were needed as I was very grateful she was being so detailed in her work. Dr. Walde also took the time to weigh in on the work I had done overseas, which he did knowing I didnt have the time for him to do any dental care there. The advice was thorough and much appreciated, as it will help me move forward with future dental care. Moreover, I trust his advice because he put a crown on a molar many years ago and I received top notch care that has stood the rest of time. I will definitely come back when Im back in town again! Thanks to all of you at Dr. Waldes office.
