        I have bought and sold to Titan Hill Armory on multiple occasions. I recently purchased a PSA Jakl and had it shipped to the store. I called ahead of time just to let them know it was being sent there, the guy on the phone said Okay soon as we get it we will let you know. It was delivered today. I called the store after about a hour of receiving the notification it was delivered. I called up there and said I received a notification that my rifle was delivered I was just wondering if you guys received it and I could pick it up. I received the answer I dont know we havent checked. Im sure they receive other things as well so I wasnt expecting to get a call soon as the Ups driver left but it had been hours at this point and the store is now closed. Tomorrow is Saturday and then the store is closed till wendsday. Im just wondering if nobody is going to check to see if customers orders arrived how long should I expect to wait until I can pick up my firearm? Because if nobody checks tomorrow itll be 5 days total Ill have to wait and 3 of those days the store is closed. Dont get me wrong I love the place and everyone is always nice. I just wanted to know more about when I could get my firearm instead of we havent checked also being I planned on spending money there on ammo etc.

        My husband took his AR in with a broken part and the owner (I think) helped him find the right part and fixed it at no charge. Great customer service and they have a very nice selection of guns. Id recommend them to anyone.

      Hi Trevante. Thanks for the feedback. We receive deliveries pretty much every day we are open. These deliveries usually consist of 30+ boxes full of guns/ammo/accessories/etc. As you can imagine, this takes quite some time to sort through. We try to have customer orders and transfers ready by the next business day at the latest. Usually, when people call asking about their deliveries, our response is something along the lines of "it's probably here but we haven't checked it in yet, you will get a call when it's ready". I'm sorry that whichever one of us talked to you on the phone today did not fully explain that and left it at "we didn't check yet". If I were in your shoes I would be disappointed too.When I arrive tomorrow, I will personally ensure that your items are ready to go ASAP (assuming they were indeed delivered). If you are unable to make it in tomorrow for pickup, send us an email at [email protected] and let me know what time on sun/mon/tues works best for a pickup.Once again, I'm sorry for not having your firearm ready to go same day. It will be ready first thing tomorrow. See you then. Thanks.
