Great first experience for some embroidered scarves like our kids bought for their dogs. Turned out great and can't wait to post up their photos. Treats and and a couple toys later, we'll see how they like them. Love the service and selection. Buy local even if it's 60 miles from our home in St. James!

I was a big fan of coming here, but I came in today to get some allergy relief shampoo for my dog and while talking with an employee about the shampoo and how my pup has allergies and is allergic to chicken, she fed her a chicken flavored treat. I dont mean to bash on this place by no means, and I did receive an apology, but I am very upset about this experience. I did in fact still check out with the items in my hand and she only had given me one of the $1 treat bags for free, I did not intend for any handouts, but being that I was there specifically for something for her allergies and while in the process her allergies were made 10x worse, youd think I would have gotten the allergy shampoo for discount or something. This is still a great store for you and your pet, but I dont think i will be a customer there anymore, just really disappointed.
