This place is disgusting. Has very bad pest problem, safety concerns such as old homes that are falling apart, no insulation, and exposed electrical wires. Really bad uncontrollable feral cat problem. Everyone living in the mobile home park feeds the cats, but refuses to get any of them fixed. You cant leave your window open without a cat trying to jump inside. One of them attacked my dog while i had her on a leash in my own yard. The park manager will take your money, and lie about rent not being paid. So make sure you get a receipt! She is known for doing that a lot, and the owners dont care. The owners are a married couple. The wife is a notary and illegally notarizes eviction notices and court papers for her own business. Very shady stuff going on at this place and should be investigated and shut down!!
