        Cant trust the reservation system. Made a reservation online, waited for an hour and i was not getting a text by the time it was told. called them back and they said they are closing at 4, sorry. closing time shown online is at 5. just wasted an hour.

        My neck was very scratched, almost bleeding, and hurt to touch after my haircut. Going to be difficult to come back.

        I stop going there because they required fully vaccinated people to wear a face mask. When I asked if they had masks they could give me to wear they said NO. I walked out and made an appointment at another salon that doesn't require a mask if you be vaccinated. CDC & local officials have said that fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing.
